If your certificate is expired, you need to apply for renewal on Nadakacheri, not just reprint. Reprint only gives you another copy of the same certificate. Renewal gives you a new certificate with a new date.

Yes. The digital PDF is fully valid. You can send it by WhatsApp, email or upload it to an online job form. You do not need to print it in most cases.
